A substantial statement portrait with plenty of room for detail and background. Designed to be a lasting centerpiece in your home.
Two-Dog Portraits
For portraits of two dogs together, I recommend a minimum canvas size of 14x18" so each dog has enough room and presence in the composition.
-
14x18" — $595
A beautiful size for two dogs together while still allowing plenty of detail for each portrait. -
16x20" — $695
My recommended size for two dogs. The larger canvas creates a more balanced composition and gives both dogs room to truly shine.
How It Works
- Choose your size and style — select from the options above.
- Submit your favorite photos — send your photos and anything special you'd like me to include to cathilmingus@gmail.com. I'll reach out to discuss which photo might work best, and go over background and color options you would like.
- I paint your portrait — each piece is created by hand with professional-grade materials.
- You'll get a sneak peek — when I'm close to finishing your dog's portrait, I'll email a photo to make sure you love it! Another photo will be emailed before the final painting is packaged and sent.
- It ships to your door — carefully packaged and ready to frame or display.
Tell Me About Your Dog!
Please feel free to tell me the things that make your dog special — their personality, quirks, favorite toys, and anything else you love about them. I want to get a sense of who they are, and please feel free to share anything special you'd like me to include in the portrait.
Photo Tips for the Best Portrait:
- Eye level — photos taken at your dog's eye level avoid distortion and capture their true features
- Good lighting — avoid harsh sunlight, shadows, or dark conditions
- In focus — clear, sharp photos (not blurry or taken from too far away)
- Clearly shows features — we want to see your dog's face and markings as clearly as possible
Turnaround time is typically 3–4 weeks. Questions? Reach out before ordering — I'm happy to help you choose the right size and style for your space.
