Oscar the Shih Tzu | Hand Painted Storybook Pet Plate, Whimsical Dog Portrait, One of a Kind Art

Oscar is a serious little black Shih Tzu with excellent manners, a polished bow tie, and very particular opinions about how the world should be run. He prefers fine treats, quiet company, and being admired from a respectful distance. Dog parks are not his favorite, but a cozy chair, a proper biscuit, and a little ceremony suit him beautifully.
On the back of the plate is a tiny handwritten character description:
